Strategic Plan: Vision 2015

During Aim High’s 25th Anniversary year, the Aim High Board of Directors approved Vision 2015, a strategic plan to guide Aim High into the future. Aim High plans to reach more students during the next five years, building on our strengths and history to make our summer program and other key initiatives available throughout the Bay Area.

Vision 2015 focuses on these key areas:

• Grow our summer school program – Aim High will focus on bringing our award-winning program to more kids in more communities, growing from our current 12 sites in 4 regions to 17 sites in 5 regions.


• Build key program elements – Aim High has a long track record of success as an academic and youth development program. Over the next 5 years, we will continue to build upon our standards-based academic curriculum and strengthen the training we provide for teachers.


• Strengthen evaluation - Aim High will continue to refine our evaluation methods so that we can learn more about our impact on youth, families, teachers and communities.
