Donate Online Using a Credit Card
Make a Gift of Appreciated Stock or Mutual Funds
Aim High, also known as Aim High for High School, welcomes your gift of stock or securities. Transfer of ownership is handled electronically between your broker and Aim High’s account at TD Ameritrade. Your broker will need the following instructions to complete the transfer. Once you have instructed your broker to transfer a gift, please contact Larissa Siegel at 415.551.2312 or lsiegel@aimhigh.org.
Please let Larissa know the name of the stock you are donating and the number of shares. This step will assure that you receive full credit for your gift.
Your own broker should be able to give you a value for tax-deduction purposes. Aim High will value your donation at the median sales price on the day of the transfer.
