Regional Program Manager - South Bay

Leticia was part of founding a middle school, KIPP SF Bay Academy, as the Director of Operations, she discovered her passion for forming strong relationships with students and supporting them in the transformative years of middle school. She was also a Dean of Culture, leading the implementation of Restorative Justice and Social Emotional Learning, Her final role at the school was teaching 8th grade Social Studies. She has been part of the Aim High community since 2003 as a Teacher and Site Director. Leticia received her B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from SF State and completed the KIPP Leadership Institute. She is also a volunteer for the Latino Community Foundation in SF and participates in creating and leading opportunities for underserved communities. At Aim High, she will be supporting the Peninsula sites to create fun, engaging, and unforgettable learning experiences for staff and students.
